Audit log — who, what and when

During an audit or a dispute (“who changed this data and when?”), you don’t want to guess. The audit log is a full history of data access and system changes — in line with RODO Art. 5(2) (accountability).

  1. Admin → Audit log.
  2. Filters: Person ID (the Zitadel identifier of the person who performed the action — visible e.g. in a therapist’s profile), Event type, Object type, and a From / To date range.
  3. The list shows the date, time, and the event itself, loading more as you scroll.
  4. Export CSV — downloads the filtered list to a file.

Who has access to the audit log? It’s an admin tab — available to the practice admin, not to therapists or parents.

How long does Planote keep audit log entries? The log collects events from the moment they happen in the system — CSV export lets you archive a chosen range for your own records.

Can I filter the log by a specific team member? Yes — the Person ID field accepts a Zitadel identifier; you’ll find it in that person’s profile.
