Dashboard widgets — what you see in the morning

In the morning you don’t want to hunt through menus — you want numbers right away: who’s waiting, what’s overdue. The dashboard can be arranged to your liking, so that information is the first thing you see after logging in.

  1. Dashboard → Edit dashboard — opens the catalog of available widgets.
  2. Pick the widgets you want to see on start, e.g.:
    • Waiting — no record — the number of waitlist leads that don’t have a child record yet.
    • Sessions to make up — children with sessions waiting to be made up.
  3. Save the layout.
  4. Clicking the number on a widget jumps straight to the filtered list (Waitlist, or Admin → To make up respectively) — no manual searching through tabs.

Are widgets the same for every role? The widget catalog shows the ones matching your role and enabled modules — an admin and a therapist may have a different set to choose from.

Can I remove a widget I already added? Yes — go back to Edit dashboard and remove it from the layout any time.

What if a widget’s number shows 0? That’s good news — it means nothing is waiting in that category. The widget stays visible so you can easily check again the next day.
