Your plan — usage, modules and invoices
Before you run out of room for another child or therapist, it helps to know how much is left — and to have one place to buy a module or check an invoice, without emailing support.
Click path
Section titled “Click path”Admin → Your plan shows:
- Current plan — the plan name (e.g. Start, Team, Studio) and its validity date.
- Resource usage — children, therapists, locations, rooms, SMS this month, storage — you always see how much is left before the limit.
- Modules in your plan — four groups: Active, In your plan — enable in settings (the module is included in your plan but off by default, e.g. the public booking page), Available to purchase (a Buy for X PLN/mo button), and Available in higher plans.
- Manage subscription — the Manage plan button opens the Stripe portal, where you view invoices, change your payment method, or cancel the subscription.
Upgrading to a higher public plan (Start / Team / Studio) is self-service from this view. A bigger team or a custom plan goes through contact instead (modules picked in a configurator, prices set manually).

What happens if I go over a resource limit (e.g. number of children) in my plan? Check the Resource usage section — when a limit is close, it’s worth buying a module or changing plan before adding another record stops working.
Where do I find invoices? In the Stripe portal after clicking Manage plan — Planote doesn’t keep a separate invoice list outside that portal.
Does a purchased add-on work right away? Yes, a one-time or monthly payment activates the module immediately once Stripe confirms it — refreshing the page may take a moment before the status updates.
