Annual calendar — PDF export

Sometimes you need a single sheet with the whole year on it — for a board at the practice or to print for the team — instead of scrolling through the calendar month by month.

  1. Menu → Annual calendar.
  2. Pick a mode: Print calendar year (January–December) or Print school year — for the latter you set the School year start (month and day), and Planote remembers that date for next time.
  3. Use the arrows next to the year to switch between years.
  4. Export PDF — downloads a ready-made file with a legend: practice closure days and the team.

What’s the difference between the calendar year and school year in the export? The calendar year always starts in January. The school year starts on the date you set (September by default) — more convenient if you plan the practice’s work in education cycles rather than calendar ones.

Does the export account for closure days added after the fact? Yes — the PDF is generated on the spot from the current closure days in the system at export time.

Can I change the school year start date once it’s set? Yes — changing the month/day in “Print school year” mode overwrites the previously saved date.
