Calendar: recurring sessions and the room overview

A whole term of sessions in one click instead of adding the same time slot every week — plus a quick look at which room is actually free before you type in a collision.

  1. Calendar → the green “+” button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Step 1: Session type, time, and (if you have more than one room) room — Planote shows right away which rooms are free at that time.
  3. Step 2: Therapist — the list shows only people available at the chosen time.
  4. Step 3: Child / group — start typing a name to narrow the list.
  5. Step 4: Recurrence — pick “weekly” and set an end date (or a number of occurrences).
  6. Schedule session — the series appears in the calendar immediately, and shows up in future months too without adding it by hand.

In the month view the series is clearly visible as a repeating pattern (e.g. “every Friday”). Clicking a single session opens its details — from there you edit, cancel, or add a note for that specific appointment, without touching the rest of the series.

  1. Menu → Room overview.
  2. Each room has its own timeline — you can immediately see who’s using which room and where the free windows are.
  3. Click a free slot — opens a new session with the room already selected, no re-typing.

Can I change the recurrence frequency after saving a series? Changing the frequency usually means ending the current series and starting a new one — easiest by editing a session and choosing the “this and following” scope.

What if I want to cancel just one session in a series, not the whole series? Click that specific session in the calendar and cancel only it — the rest of the series stays unchanged.

Why don’t I see a therapist on the list in step 2? The system only shows therapists available at the chosen time — check their working hours in their profile or change the time.
