Locations and rooms
Before the calendar can watch for collisions, it needs to know which rooms exist — and at which location. That’s the foundation everything else builds on: AutoPlanner, the room overview, online booking.

Section titled “Click path”Admin → Settings → Locations & Rooms tab:
- Add location — the practice’s name and address. Multiple locations make sense with several branches.
- Add room — a room name and which location it belongs to (or no location, if your practice has just one site).
- Optionally, per room:
- Turnaround time after sessions (min) — time to air out or clean the room before the next session starts. 0 = no gap.
- Allowed session types — restrict which session types can run in that room (e.g. a room with mats only for sensory integration). Leave it empty to allow all types.

What happens if I delete a room that already has sessions scheduled in it? The system warns before deleting a room with assigned sessions — check the message when you try to delete it and move those sessions to another room if needed.
Does the turnaround time count toward AutoPlanner? Yes — it’s one of the hard limits AutoPlanner and the calendar respect when looking for free windows (see AutoPlanner).
Why restrict allowed session types for a room? So the calendar and AutoPlanner don’t propose, say, hand therapy in a room equipped only for group movement sessions — it’s an equipment safeguard, not just an organizational one.
