A child's documents — attachments in the record

An assessment from a referral center, an opinion, a referral letter — instead of keeping it in a paper folder or on a separate drive, you upload the file straight to the child’s record, where anyone with access finds it right away.

  1. Child record → Documents tab (visible when the Documents module is active in your plan).
  2. Upload — pick a file from your computer.
  3. The file appears on the list — Download to open it, or Delete document (with a filename confirmation) to remove it permanently.

Who can see documents uploaded to a child’s record? The team with access to that child’s record — visibility follows the same rules as the rest of the record (e.g. a therapist by default only sees children they work with).

Can deleting a document be undone? No — deletion is permanent, which is why it requires confirming the filename.

Is this the same as contract/GDPR templates? No — document templates (Templates: contract, RODO, additional form) generate PDFs automatically from data already in the system. The Documents tab is for plain attachments you upload yourself.
